I usually have the interested party email me a few different photos of the house to be rendered, and chose the one that will be the best for your artwork composition.

Next is penciling the image onto illustration board and rendering all the details. Sometimes I get photos that were taken in the winter, and I can add grass, flowers, and greenery and any other details needed to make this special.

Next I will render the art in Pen and Ink with drawing techniques I have learned over the past 40+ years to make your home portrait a special focal point in your home to be cherished for years and years.
Here are some of my Nature Illustrations. As a child, nature and butterflies always fascinated me. When I am creating fine artwork, I usually find myself incorporating them into the composition.
